Assistant Trainer

Study9, an ed tech startup based out of Kolkata and Bangalore, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Trainer. This is a part-time remote work-from-home position, offering a compensation of 15 thousand rupees per month. The selected candidate will be required to work for 10 hours per week, with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior trainers in their classes as a computer lab technician, ensuring smooth functioning of technical aspects during training sessions.
2. Conduct demo sessions to effectively convert new leads into customers, showcasing the benefits and features of Study9’s educational programs.
3. Conduct mock interviews for students to help them improve their interview skills and provide constructive feedback.
4. Assist students in preparing their resumes, offering guidance on content, formatting, and presentation to enhance their job prospects.
5. Adapt to the startup culture and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility in various job profiles.

Requirements:

1. Strong technical skills and proficiency in computer operations, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver demo sessions and conduct mock interviews.
3. Prior experience in a teaching or training role, preferably in the field of computer science or related subjects.
4. Knowledge of resume writing techniques and current industry standards.
5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and willingness to take on multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, education, or a related field.
2. Experience in working with online teaching platforms or learning management systems.
3. Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the ed tech industry.
