We provide a free demo class before you join our courses. In the demo class our trainer will take you through the first chapter of the course. You will be able to gauge the trainers ability to connect to you over internet and make you comfortable in understanding concepts through remote class.
The trainer can use the desktop as the whiteboard and can draw objects to explain the concepts to you. Like a classroom presentation screen, our gotomeeting screen share will allow you to see trainer’s screen in case he/she is showing any presentation or command line etc. When you have an issue at your end like you are not able to run the command or cannot see the same output to the command, the trainer can take a remote session of your computer through gotomeeting remote desktop and control your system to solve the problem.
You will feel the same comfort as if you are taking the training in the classroom.
Better Online Sessions
In case of online classrooms one major problem is voice quality. We have seen gotomeeting voice over ip quality is quite good, in case that is having issues our trainers can fall back on Skype. If that does not work for you then you can use our international dial in numbers to converse with the trainer over phone.
If you do not have good internet connection at your place, then if we have office in your city then you can come down to our study centre to connect to our internet and join the sessions with the trainer remotely. We optionally also offer internet dongles for your use if that works for you.
